| Mike Elson, President, CEO & Director |
Mr. Elson has over 40 years of mineral exploration experience. A graduate of the University of Alberta, Mr. Elson was the president of Aquiline Resources Inc. (TSX: AQI), was active in the initial funding and exploration program of Tuxedo Resources, the predecessor company to Uranium One Inc. (TSX: UUU), and was a member of the exploration team responsible for the discovery of the Faro ore body (60,000,000 tonnes of 10% Pb, Zn.). He is the President and CEO of several other publicly trading companies (Killdeer Minerals Inc. (TSX-V:KMI), Swift Resources Inc. (TSX-V:SWR), (Cougar Minerals Corp. (COU-CNSX), and acts as a consultant for Pacific Coast Nickel Corp.(TSX-V:NKL).

Mr. Coyne is Manager of Kluane Drilling Ltd. (1989 to present), a drilling contractor. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree from the University of Victoria (1984).
| Dave Pugh, Director |
Mr. Pugh has been engaged in the mineral exploration industry for over thirty years at various levels including prospecting, contracting and field program execution. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (1976) and Master of Science Degree in Bioresource Engineering (1989) from the University of British Columbia.
| Barry Price, P.Geo, Director |
Mr. Price graduated from UBC with a B.Sc. (Honours) in \geology in 1965. He worked as a field and well site geologist for Chevron Oil and Gas in Calgary and Edmonton for 3 years before returning to UBC for a Masters degree completed in 1972. Since that time he has been a free-lance geological consultant to numerous junior to mid-sized exploration companies He has been President of B.J. Price Geological, Consultants Inc. from 1992 to present, involved mainly with technical reports and valuations, and has served as director of a number of junior companies. He has investigated mineral properties in Mexico, Panama, Nicaragua, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Portugal, Guinea, China and Tajikistan.

Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Geology) from the University of British Columbia (1972) and became a Chartered Accountant in 1975. He has experience in the field as an exploration geologist and project manager for diamonds and both precious and base metals. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Fronteer Development Group Ltd. (TSX-FRG) from November, 2003 to January, 2005 and is currently the CFO for Saturn Minerals Inc., Swift Resources Inc. and Killdeer Minerals Inc.
